If you are a tenant in a managed property and have a genuine emergency such as complete loss of power, flooding, uncontainable leak or no hot water and heating, please send a message to 07706349304. Please leave a detailed message with your name, property address and your telephone number and you will receive a call back. Do note this number is for emergencies only out of management opening hours.
If you can smell gas - Please urgently contact National Grid on 0800 111 999.
If you have no electricity - Please ensure this is not just demised to your flat by checking lights/ plugs in other rooms and your fuse board. If after these checks you and your neighbors still have no electricity please call your electricity supplier.
